Meeting minutes

Present: 

Martin Fusek, Marian Hajdúch, John Normanton, Vít Perlík, Tomáš Hauser, Kristina Felcmanová

Items on the agenda: 

  1. The Council agreed that work presented at the meeting has high quality. However, the Council recommends to the project leaders to stress out more the team collaboration on the projects in their reports. 
  2. Companies that are members of the PerMed project should spend money in favor to the partial projects and they should have proven that they have a person who is working on it (e.g. services done, purchased material, etc.).
  3. MH asked how companies can prove spending money to the partial projects – KF responsibility 
  4. The Council discussed making of short videos and how to pay for them – MF responsibility 
  5. The Council opened discussion about the future of the Center for another two years – either prolong project or apply in the new call. Relating this discussion, MF suggested UPOL as the coordinator of the project if UPOL is willing to take it. 
  6. MH asked about format of annual reports for TAČR – KF responsibility 
  7. The Council discussed plans for reports and meetings next year: 
    • Skype meeting of the board in the January (the date to be specified)
    • Next meeting of NCC will be scheduled in Olomouc probably (the date to be specified) 
    • Plans for reports will be specified
